How it works:
The agent who submits the most commercial referrals to Likewise Commercial Real Estate (and earns the most points) during the time frame below will win a 1 week trip for 2 to Ireland.

When: February 10, 2020 – July 31, 2020
Winner receives a Week (6 Day/7 Night) Trip for 2 to Ireland!
Likewise Commercial Real Estate will cover the following expenses: round trip flight for 2, hotel or air bnb (able to choose a few different locations), and rental car. You pick your dates and Carla will personally help you curate your ideal trip.
Step 1: Complete the sign-up form to participate in the referral challenge.
Step 2: Once you submit this form, you will receive an email with a commercial script AND the referral form you will need to complete for every referral.
Step 3: Start generating those referrals! Once you have a quality referral, complete the referral form and submit. We will pay you the following referral fees after closing:

Buyer/Seller Referral – 25% referral fee

Lease Referral – 15% referral fee on any lease over 1000 SF
Step 4: Points will be awarded for the following:
- 1 POINT – Submitting a Buyer/Seller/Tenant/Landlord referral
- 3 POINTS – Buyer/Seller/Tenant/Landlord referral sign an exclusive agreement with Likewise Commercial Real Estate
- 5 POINTS – Buyer/Seller/Tenant/Landlord referral go UNDER CONTRACT
- 10 EXTRA CREDIT POINTS – Buyer/Seller/Tenant/Landlord referral CLOSES before July 31, 2020.
